These general conditions of use are up to date as of 03/05/2024

Subscribing to Pdf-live services gives you access to several advantages:

• You can unlimitedly convert multiple document formats to PDF such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, JPEG and vice versa.
• You can upload your documents.
• You get online support including all services related to account management, subscriptions and document conversions. This service results in the possibility of contacting advisers by telephone, chat or e-mail to obtain information on the Site or on the Services.
• Edit a PDF document
• Merge PDF documents
• Sign a PDF document
• Split a PDF document
• Compress a PDF document

Price of the Pdf-live subscription

Les services Pdf-live sont facturés 0,50$ pour 48 heures et ensuite 29,90$ par mois (facturés à la date anniversaire de la domiciliation ou le dernier jour du mois si cela n'est pas possible). Le paiement de votre abonnement sera effectué par prélèvement automatique et comportera la mention Pdf-live ou Pdf-live.com.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time with notification to current active users. These changes will not affect the user's current subscription period. The prices that were in effect ten (10) days prior to the subscription renewal will be applied for payment of the renewed subscription period.

Pdf-live subscription terms

Your subscription has a one month duration and is automatically renewed at the end of the current subscription period.

Your Pdf-live subscription can of course be cancelled at any time and without any conditions. You will not be charged anything when you cancel your subscription as it is completely free!

To cancel your subscription, simply go to the "Cancellation" page and enter the email address with which you subscribed to Pdf-live. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can click here.

All our communications will take place through your personal space or by email but you can also contact us by using our contact form or by calling +442045252179 or by writing to us at [email protected]

Storage and transfer of information

Information will be stored on secure servers, monitored and maintained in accordance with privacy protection measures. We may store or transfer information about data subjects located in the EU to servers located in countries deemed adequate by the European Commission, or in countries not deemed adequate by the European Commission, provided that those countries implement appropriate and adequate safeguards regarding the security of personal information.
